一、培养目标

I. Cultivation Objectives

资源循环科学与工程专业秉持立德树人,面向国家战略性新兴产业中节能、环保等的战略需求,聚焦化学化工、材料等技术在化工、纺织、冶金、新能源等行业转型升级中的应用,培养“知识、能力、品格”协调发展、实践创新与项目管理能力凸显的资源循环类新工科高素质应用型人才。学生具有良好人文素养、专业技能、工程素质、团队精神与持续发展能力。

毕业5年后左右,毕业生能在化工、纺织、冶金、新能源等行业从事工业生产、工艺设计、产品开发、技术服务、技术管理等工作,具体体现为以下五点:

目标1:具有强烈的社会责任感,良好的人文底蕴和高尚的工程师职业道德;

目标2:能够运用资源及化工等相关学科的专业知识和技术方法描述、表述、分析和解决化工、纺织、冶金、新能源等行业中资源材料与循环利用相关的工程问题;

目标3:基于循环经济理念和企业生产及运行规律,能够综合考虑技术升级改造及新产品开发过程与经济、环境、法律、安全、健康、伦理等方面相互作用与影响,并具有创新意识;

目标4:具有团队精神,能够胜任团队中独立性或协作性任务,与同事、客户进行有效沟通和跨文化交流;

目标5:具有国际视野、可持续发展理念和终身学习能力。

Resource Recycling Science and Engineering (RRSE) adheres to morality, faces the strategic needs of energy conservation and environmental protection in the national strategic emerging industries, focuses on the application of chemical, material and other technologies in the transformation and upgrading of chemical, textile, metallurgy, new energy and other industries, and cultivates the resource recycling new type with coordinated development of "knowledge, ability, character", practical innovation and project management ability High quality applied talents in engineering. Students have good humanistic quality, professional skills, engineering quality, team spirit and sustainable development ability.

About 5 years after graduation, graduates can be engaged in industrial production, process design, product development, technical service, technical management and other work in chemical industry, textile industry, metallurgy, new energy and other industries.  A detailed description is as follows:

Goal 1: having a strong sense of social responsibility, good humanistic background and noble professional ethics of engineers;

Goal 2: being able to describe, express, analyze and solve engineering problems related to resource materials and recycling in chemical industry, textile industry, metallurgy industry and new energy industry by using professional knowledge and technical methods of resources and chemical industry;

Goal 3: Based on the concept of circular economy and the law of production and operation of enterprises, being able to comprehensively consider the interaction and influence of technological upgrading and transformation and new product development process with economy, environment, law, safety, health, ethics and other aspects, and be innovative;

Goal 4: with team spirit, being competent for independent or collaborative tasks in the team, and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers and cross-cultural communication;

Goal 5: having international vision, sustainable development concept and lifelong learning ability.


二、毕业要求

II. Programme Outcomes

资源循环科学与工程专业毕业生经过本科四年的学习,应掌握资源材料与循环利用工程领域的基本原理、专业生产基本方法、工艺及应用、设备运行等专门知识,具有生产管理、质量控制、计算机应用、研究开发及英语交流能力,一定的创新意识和创新能力。为使本专业学生达到培养目标,要求毕业生必须具有以下能力:

(1)工程知识:能够将数学、自然科学、工程科学和化学化工等专业知识用于解决资源材料与循环利用等领域的复杂工程问题。

(2)问题分析:能够应用数学、自然科学、工程科学和化学化工等的基本原理,结合文献研究结果,对资源材料与循环利用领域复杂工程问题进行识别、表达、分析和论证,以获得有效结论。

(3)设计/开发解决方案:能够在社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等条件约束下,针对资源材料与循环利用相关复杂工程问题,设计、优化满足特定需求的工艺方案或流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识。

(4)研究:能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法,对资源材料与循环利用相关复杂工程问题进行研究,包括现状调研、设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。

(5)使用现代工具:针对资源材料与循环利用的工程问题,能够选择、使用和开发恰当的技术、资源和方法,并运用现代工程工具和信息技术工具,进行分析、预测与模拟,得出结论并理解其局限性。

(6)工程与社会:能够理解资源及化工相关的技术标准、知识产权、产业政策和法律法规,分析与评价资源材料与循环利用工程问题解决方案的应用对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。

(7)环境和可持续发展:在国家可持续发展战略及相关政策、法律和法规的基础上,基于循环经济理念和企业生产及运行规律,正确理解与评价资源材料与循环利用领域的工程实践对环境保护、社会和谐和社会可持续发展的影响。

(8)职业规范:了解化工、纺织、冶金、新能源等行业的基本国情,树立发展和服务行业产业的社会责任感,能够在工程实践中理解并遵守实事求是、诚信公正的职业道德和规范,履行责任。

(9)个人和团队:能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。

(10)沟通:能够就专业问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告、设计文稿和陈述答疑。具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。

(11)项目管理:理解并掌握工程管理原理与经济决策方法,能够在资源材料与循环利用的工程实践中应用上述原理与方法。

(12)终身学习:具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应社会发展的能力。

After four years study, the undergraduates majored in Resource Recycling Science and Engineering (RRSE) should master the professional knowledge, such as the basic principle of recycling processing of resources and materials, professional production methods, development and application, equipment operation etc., and possess the abilities of production management, quality control, computer application, research and development, English communication, and certain innovation consciousness and innovation ability. Upon graduation, students should achieve the following twelve graduation requirements:

1.Engineering knowledge: ability to apply professional knowledge of mathematics, natural science, engineering foundation, chemistry and chemical engineering to solve the complex engineering problems of resources recycling product design, processing, inspection etc in the field of resource materials and recycling.

2. Problem analysis: ability to apply the basic principle of mathematics, natural science, engineering science and chemistry, combined with literature research results, to identify, express, analyze and demonstrate the complex engineering problems in the field of resource materials and recycling and obtain valid conclusions.

3. Design/development solutions: ability to design the unique process scheme or technological processes to satisfy the specific requirements aimed at the complex engineering problems of  resource materials and recycling, and reflect the innovative consciousness in the design process, considering social, health, safety, legal, cultural, and environmental factors.

4.Research: ability to study the complex engineering problems of resource materials and recycling based on scientific principles and scientific methods, including situation research, experimental design, data analysis and interpretation, and the reasonable and effective conclusions through information integration.

5. Using modern tools: ability to select, use and master appropriate engineering techniques, resources, methods and tools, specific to the design of resource recycling products, analyze, forecast and simulate the complex engineering problems of resources recycling using modern engineering tools and information technology, and understand their limitations.

6. Engineering and society: on the basis of understanding the technical standard, intellectual property rights, industrial policies, laws and regulations related to resource recycling engineering,ability to make a reasonable analysis based on the relevant professional background and knowledge, correctly evaluate the effect of the application of resource materials and recycling engineering solution on social, health, safety, legal and cultural, and understand the responsibilities.

7. Environment and sustainable development: on the basis of the national strategy for sustainable environmental development and related policy, laws and regulations, ability to correctly understand the effect of the engineering practice of complex engineering problems in the field of Resource Recycling Science and Engineering on the environmental protection, social harmony and social sustainable development.

8. Professional norm: understanding the basic national conditions of chemical industry, textile industry, metallurgy industry and new energy industry; establishing a correct Weltanschauung, philosophy and values, possessing a good psychological quality, humanistic and social science literacy and social responsibility, and being able to understand and comply with engineering professional ethics and norms and fulfill responsibilities in resource recycling engineering practice.

9. Individuals and teams: ability to take on the role of individual, team member and leader in a multidisciplinary team.

10. Communication: ability to communicate effectively with industry colleagues and the public on the complex engineering problems of Resource Recycling Science and Engineering, including writing reports and designing documents, speaking statements, clearly articulating or responding to instructions. With a certain international vision, ability to communicate and exchange in a cross-cultural context.

11. Project management: ability to understand and master principles of engineering management and economic decision-making methods, and apply them in  the engineering practice of resource materials and recycling.

12. Lifelong learning: possessing the consciousness of independent learning and lifelong learning, and ability to keep learning and adapt to social development.


三、主干学科及课程设置

2、核心课程:有机化学、物理化学、化工原理、材料科学与工程导论、资源循环科学概论、资源加工过程与装备、高分子化学与物理、金属资源循环利用、生物质资源开发与利用、化工设计

Core Cours:Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Scientific introduction of resource recycling, Technology and equipment of resource recycling, Recycle and Reuse of Metal Resources, Development and utilization of biomass resources, Chemical engineering design.

总学分达到180分(各平台学分满足最低要求)且第二课堂成绩单合格,可准予毕业。

Graduation qualification can be granted when a student's total credits to 180 with credits for each course category meeting the minimum standard as well as for the extra-curriculum courses meeting the minimum standard.
